Fundamentals of Functional Patterns
Whether you’re brand new to Functional Patterns or an existing client looking to deepen your training, our Fundamentals Class is designed to help you build a solid foundation for long-term results.
This class is ideal if you want to:
Learn the core FP movements and breathing mechanics in a focused, small-group setting (classes are capped to 6-8 participants)
Experience how FP can help you move, feel, and function better—without jumping straight into 1-on-1 training
Supplement your current FP training schedule to accelerate your progress and reinforce essential patterns
Join a community of people committed to moving pain-free and living well
This beginner-friendly class teaches the essential muscle engagements, postures, and coordination drills that form the backbone of Functional Patterns training. Each class includes personalized coaching and is capped between 6-8 participants to ensure plenty of individual attention.
Class Schedule:
Mondays at 6:00pm with Chris Carlson
Wednesdays at 11:30am with Tyler Doll
Saturdays at 10:30am with Courtney Smith

Your first class is FREE
Unlimited Class Pass: $200/month
A one-time Introductory Assessment is required before joining class. This ensures we understand your needs and set you up for success.
